Betty's Kitchen: Green Onion and Chipped Dried Beef Dip

Betty's Kitchen & La Unica Dried Beef provide you with an extremely quick and fairly easy recipe for a delicious party dip. Going to have a house warming party, an open house, or just a quick get together with friends? Well this is the perfect dip for you.


  1. 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
  2. 2.25 oz jar dried beef / carne seca (Use about 3/4 of the jar)
  3. 1 bunch snipped green onions (about 3/4 of the green portion)
  4. 1 tsp. Accent seasoning
  5. 1 tsp. Worcesteshire sauce
  6. 16 oz. box Town House Crackers

How to Make

  1. Prepare the dried beef by cutting it into approximately 1/2" squares.
  2. Snip the ends of the onions.
  3. Place the dried beef and green onions along with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl
  4. Add the Accent and Worcestershire sauce and mix everything together.
  5. Place in a small bowl for serving, or chill and shape into a ball.
  6. To serve, place the small bowl at the center of a chip and dip tray, or a large, round serving platter.
  7. Arrange 1 tube of Town House crackers in a ring around the dip.
  8. Dip & Enjoy!!
